You are eligible for a return or refund if you purchased directly from our website. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

4. **Return & Refund Process:**
Initiate your return by following these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email or call us at +91-7748000012 to request a return authorization. Please provide your Order number, Product description, and Reason for return.
- For returns due to defects or shipping damage, APĀPA will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please package the item securely to prevent damage.
- Once we receive your return and verify it complies with our policy, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. If the original payment method is not available, refunds will be issued as store credit.
